- What am I billed for?
- Data delivered — egress when recipients download your package. You are not paying a monthly platform fee or per-seat license today. Usage follows the volume that actually leaves storage for a completed download.
- How is a terabyte defined?
- On this page, 1 TB means a decimal terabyte — 1,000 gigabytes — at $0.18/GB, which is $180 per terabyte transferred.
- What if multiple people download the same delivery?
- Each complete recipient download counts toward usage. If three people each pull the full package, that is three times the package size on your bill — the same way egress multiplies when data leaves storage more than once.
- Is there a monthly minimum or setup fee?
- No. Pricing today is pure pay-as-you-go on delivered data. Send when you have work; you are not locked into a subscription to get started.
- How do team plans work?
- Team subscriptions with pooled volume are on the roadmap. If you need multi-seat billing or committed volume today, schedule a demo and we will walk through options.
